Just wanted to say that you did an excellent job on the wedding cake last Saturday! It was beautiful and delicious! I will highly recommend you to anyone I know! Also very sorry about the lack of communication of your closing time, that got lost in the chaos of the day. Thank you for being there when my sister arrived! Very much gratitude and appreciation! Job very professionally done! My daughter has been to several weddings in this past year that was here from Illinois and she said it is probably one of the best cakes she has seen! So well done! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I heard from the whole team in Austin that the cake was amazing and I saw a few pictures that looked fantastic. The birthday girl said it was the best cake she’d ever eaten, so you have a few new raving fans to be sure.

Thank you so much for making my husband’s 40th birthday so special by making the perfect TP Massage Ball cake. This ball/company is his passion, his dream, our livelihood.
You guys went way beyond my expectations with the execution of the ball and graphics as well as the flavor and texture of the cake. It was unbelievable!

Hi Mike,
We're back home now, but I wanted to thank you for the exquisite craftsmanship on the router cake! It was the talk of the convention for the rest of the week, and it's rapidly becoming "internet famous". The geeks were highly impressed with the detail, and everyone was even more surprised with how delicious the cake was. I think that Nina is emailing you some pictures as well, but here's a link to her set up on Flickr:

As we were waiting for the meeting to finish, there was a group of folks chatting in a group outside of the meeting room. When the cake was wheeled in, they all turned around and started whipping out their camera phones -- a very geek moment :) When Richard finally came out, he couldn't believe the pure awesomeness of the cake. From his avatar, to the bugs, to the router itself (including the back which was excellent), to the raised floor... it was all just perfect! We saved the avatar and I shipped it back home to us -- Richard still wants to eat it, but I think I'd like to lacquer it and have it mounted :)
Many, many folks passed along compliments on the flavor of the cake, too. They were very used to "pretty" cakes like this not tasting great, but both the chocolate and vanilla cakes were yummy, moist with a fine crumb, and bright and fresh fillings.
Thank you to you and your crew for making this an occasion to remember for years to come!

The smash up Valentine's/Olympic/Chinese New Year cake was a hit! To quote the birthday boy "it was the best cake in my life". The mexican chocolate flavor was amazing!!

I
meant to send this out earlier, but we wanted to thank you again for
your generous donation. The cake has an absolute hit! We had dozens of
attendees asking and commenting on how beautiful the cakes looked.
Usually the cake is the last thing eaten at our smaller dedications,
but there was a line around the block waiting to try it. Not to mention
more after they came back for seconds.

evening: the gentlemen from Sentelli’s Bakery
brought over a Triple-layer “Mad Hatter” cake. It was all angled in
different directions and decorated in all sorts of different colors,
and the inside was no less great; it had all sorts of delicious flavors
inside – strawberry and chocolate among them. At first people were
trying to say, “No cake from me,” but they all gave in eventually. Mike
also gave the ladies gift certificates for a free cake of their choice!

Let me tell you that the cakes were fabulous and got raves from the crowd. Especially liked the Blue and white bow cake. Others preferred the cream and nut filled cake. Both were delicious !!
